How to get the most out of your visit to Sharp.co.uk

Searching the Site
Finding your way around the Sharp website is easy. Whatever you may need or whatever query you might have, you will find a Help box at the bottom left of most pages on this website.

You can use the Help functionality to find anything you need by entering keywords (e.g. ‘LCD TV’ or ‘user manual’), product codes (e.g. ‘LC46XD1E’) or entire questions (e.g. ‘how do I connect my DVD player?’).

There is no need to worry about how you phrase your queries - you’ll be amazed how flexible the Help tool is! And if you do get stuck, you can always simply request to speak to someone.

Browsing, Comparing and Filtering
Browsing the website allows you to read more about products, their features and specifications. To compare products within a product category page (list view), simply tick the compare boxes next to the product and click the Compare button which you will always find in the red bar at the top of the page.

Alternatively, if you want to narrow down your search from the list of products shown, simply click on the Use Filter button in the grey bar at the top of each product category page. A blue box will appear at the top of the page. In this box, you will be shown a number of criteria that you can select to refine your search. The left hand side of the box allows you to view and remove previously selected criteria for your search.
