Aquos LCD TVs of 37 inch and above (UK mainland):

All LCD TV's of 37 inch and above are delivered through our specialist delivery partner Touch Logistics. Orders placed before 11am can normally be delivered within 5 working days. Within 3 working days after placing your order you will receive a call from Touch to schedule a delivery date. Please do not call before such time as we will not yet be able to confirm any delivery information at that stage. However, after this period, please call 01252 339835 with any delivery enquiries. We offer weekend deliveries at no extra charge on all LCD and LED TV's of 37 inch and above. When you receive your delivery scheduling call, simply request your preferred day!

Refrigerators:

All refrigerators are delivered through our specialist delivery partner Sprint. Within 3 working days you will receive a call from Sprint to schedule your delivery. Delivery is normally available within 6 working days of your order date. The day before your scheduled delivery, Sprint will call, text, or email you to give you a two hour timeslot for the delivery. All other products, including LCD TVs smaller than 37 inch (UK mainland):

These products are handled by DPD and are normally delivered within 5 working days. DPD do not provide delivery estimates but if you are not at home, a card will be left so that you may arrange re-delivery. Deliveries are made between 8am and 5pm on weekdays only.

All deliveries to Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands:

Your delivery may take up to 10 working days and our carrier may vary by destination. Our carriers for these areas do not provide delivery estimates but if you are not at home, a card will be left so that you may arrange re-delivery. Deliveries are made between 8am and 5pm on weekdays only.
