Aquos LCD TVs of 32 inch and above (UK mainland):

All LCD TV's of 32 inch and above are delivered through our specialist delivery partner Touch Logistics. Orders placed before noon can normally be delivered within 7 working days. Within 5 working days after placing your order you will receive a call from Touch to schedule a delivery date. Please do not call before such time as we will not yet be able to confirm any delivery information at that stage. However, after this period, please call 01252 339835 with any delivery enquiries. On the day of delivery, you will normally receive a further call to confirm an approximate time of delivery. Deliveries are made between 8am and 5pm on weekdays only.

All other products, including LCD TVs smaller than 32 inch (UK mainland):

These products are handled by Citylink and are normally delivered within 5 working days. Citylink do not provide delivery estimates but if you are not at home, a card will be left so that you may arrange re-delivery. Deliveries are made between 8am and 5pm on weekdays only.

All deliveries to Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scotland:

Your deliver may take up to 10 working days and our carrier may vary by destination. Our carriers for these areas do not provide delivery estimates but if you are not at home, a card will be left so that you may arrange re-delivery. Deliveries are made between 8am and 5pm on weekdays only.
